Orders & Payments
Orders within Karachi can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders outside Karachi require a Rs. 500 advance payment for confirmation. The remaining balance is collected on delivery.
International orders are not processed through the website. Customers outside Pakistan must contact us directly via email or WhatsApp to arrange payment and delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Karachi delivery time: 1–2 working days.
Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days, depending on location.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery charges vary by location and parcel weight.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days for unopened, unused products in original packaging.
Sale/discounted items, opened packages, and international/bulk orders are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Product Quality
- All products are packed in food-safe, airtight packaging to ensure freshness.
- Spices and dry fruits are natural products; minor variations in color, aroma, or texture may occur.
Limitation of Liability
- Devjani Naturals is not responsible for:
- Courier delays or lost shipments once handed over to the delivery service.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions for international orders.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
