Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. We take pride in our quality checks, but if you face an issue, we’ll do our best to resolve it fairly.
International Orders: International orders are not available through website checkout. Customers outside Pakistan must contact us directly via email or WhatsApp to arrange shipping and payment. All international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Bulk Orders: Orders placed directly with us (outside the website) are also final sale and not covered by this policy.

- Opened or used products
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within a few business days to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company/bank (processing times vary).

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us first at info@devjaninaturals.com and we will provide instructions.
Shipping Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@devjaninaturals.com or use the contact form on our website. We will provide the return address and instructions.
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
